Hi All! This week is a crazy one at our house with dance, 2 football games, practices and the Fall Festival at school – I am hoping to make it thru Friday!! 🙂
I wanted to stop off and show you a card that I designed for the Sketchy Thursday that I like so much over on Tracy Clemente’s blog – check it out HERE – She has so many great ideas and I just knew that this snowball guy was what I wanted to use for this week’s sketch.
Isn’t he cute?? I think I have shared the stamp before – maybe in reds and greens?? – but I had the rainbow-type feeling while coloring him and this is what came out. I embossed the background white panel and then adhered it with dimensionals to make him pop. Added lots of stickles to make his snow glisten too! Twine was a last-minute thought since I thought the card just needed that ‘something’ to finish it off.
Hope you are having a good week – I’m off and running today!
Take care and thanks for stopping by!

Kate I couldn’t agree more with you – he is absolutely adorable! But your card is what makes him so!! Your coloring and paper choice are perfect!! I really love how you used the twine. Genius!! I have to try that. I really like the way it looks. Thank you so much for playing along with this weeks sketch. It’s always a treat to visit your blog!! Hugs, Tracy
Thanks guys! I think he is pretty cute myself! I think I have stamped him more than any other stamp sor this winter! 🙂
Love this little guy – reminds me of “the Flakes” that went with Flossie. Great card! XO
p.s. Thanks for the “candy” that I won. 🙂
OMG! he’s adorable
